You know what the best thing about an LGBT Film Festival is? That once a year we get flooded with LGBT films from all over the world. One glorious week of films that we would otherwise never see. Then… 258 days go by and there is nothing playing at your local theater. Well, last year I decided to try to change that by bringing a premiere feature lesbian themed film to the community in November. It was an overwhelming success. Great film, super after party, packed house.
Well, I’m back! On August 6th, I am bringing Raven’s Touch to the Victoria Theatre in SF. And, yes, a great after party with DJ Page Hodel, food from Frannie’s Kitchen, a cash bar, and even a drawing for a nude photograph of Dreya Weber, one of the stars of the film. Traci Dinwiddie and Dreya will be there. Yes, you can dance with these two lovelies. Raven’s Touch is a Soul Kiss Film directed by Marina Rice Bader. This is the company that brought you Elena Undone, A Perfect Ending and Anatomy of a Love Seen.
By the way, I think a winter festival of films we once had to watch through only VHS or a DVD on our 27” TV needs to take place. Stay tuned for my next venture!
Tickets for the Raven’s Touch premiere are available for $15 HERE. I have four free tickets waiting for the first four people to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Put EPOCHALIPS in the subject line.
See you all on August 6th for this awesome event!
