Today is May 5th, GIVING TUESDAY, and its your chance to participate in global giving! Here are our top ten favorite queer organizations.

Horizons Foundation – Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Horizons is providing emergency grants to Bay Area LGBTQ nonprofits.

National Center for Lesbian Rights – NCLR is a national legal organization committed to advancing the civil and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their families through litigation, legislation, policy, and public education

Lesbian Game Changers – Lesbian Game Changers educates young adults by providing schools with valuable resource books and films that fill the gap in education about lesbian history and foster an atmosphere of LGBTQ+ visibility, inclusion, acceptance and pride.

Our Family Coalition – Our Family Coalition advances equity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) families with children through support, education, and advocacy.

Equality California – EQCA is a non-profit civil rights organization that advocates for the rights of LGBT people in California. It is the largest statewide LGBT organization in the United States and the largest member of the Equality Federation.

FramelineFrameline’s mission is to change the world through the power of queer cinema. As a media arts non-profit, Frameline’s programs connect filmmakers and audiences in the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world.

SAGE USA – SAGE USA is a national advocacy and services organization that’s been looking out for LGBT elders since 1978.
